Project notes / Selected work

Problem. System. What’s true now.

Examples from different kinds of work. Founder-led ventures are labeled separately from client and community work.

Anonymized · Message clarity

NOTE/01

A kindness-recognition project

The situation

The founder had an idea to recognize everyday kindness and needed a clearer story and a simple way for people to participate.

My contribution

I shaped the brand story, clarified the purpose, organized participation into three steps and simplified the website. The work expanded into systems design.

Current state

The website is live. The founder has slowed the project to keep it grassroots.

Company and founder names are intentionally withheld.

Client platform work

NOTE/02

A platform evolving beyond its first feature

The situation

A platform centered on athlete trading cards has evolved toward athlete discovery, fan participation and NIL business activity.

My contribution

I helped lead its development.

Current state

The platform is live and functioning, with athletes added regularly.

Presented as client work. No ownership or operating role is implied.

Project Live · Community work

NOTE/03

Aligning a prevention coalition

The situation

Project Live is transitioning from a collection of drug, alcohol and mental-health resources toward a structured prevention coalition.

My contribution

As community mobilizer, I took on social media, created a BrandScript and recruitment plan, began partner engagement and resource mapping, and worked with county partners.

Current state

The organizational transition is underway. A website redesign is future work.

Community work depends on understanding the organizations, resources and goals already in the room.

Founder-led · Sustained operation

NOTE/04

A community hub starts with a specific need

The situation

Bike & Sol started with kids who needed bicycle repair and opportunities to learn workforce skills.

My contribution

I helped build and operate the community hub around that need.

Current state

The hub includes bicycle sales, transportation assistance, custom builds, curation and e-bike adaptation.

A specific need can become the start of a broader, sustained operation.

Systems judgment · Prototype

NOTE/05

Designing an AI workflow around uncertainty

The situation

An AI-assisted sales-preparation and lead-research prototype needed thoughtful systems and workflow development.

My contribution

I contributed to site and system development, analyzed instructions and code, and worked on research and scoring workflows.

Current state

The prototype is used by the team and customers and is integrated into a client platform.

Build review and judgment into the process, not just the tool.
