I’m Scott Roth, Founder & Business Navigator. I help founder-led businesses and organizations figure out what’s actually getting in the way, then build the systems to move forward.

I didn’t come up through one lane. That’s the point.
My work has crossed entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, marketing, community development, technology, cycling, sales and organizational leadership. Each perspective changes what I notice about a business and how its parts connect.
Built By Roth is for founders and leadership teams who are already moving but feel how growth has made the business harder to manage. We don’t arrive with a predetermined service to sell. We learn the terrain, find the real problem and build what will help the work move forward.
That may mean clarifying the message, fixing a sales handoff, designing an operating process, using AI or automation thoughtfully, or helping a new initiative take shape. The common thread is practical systems, built collaboratively and improved through use.
